QUETTA - Police recovered a dead body in Khuzdar and a woman was wounded in Naseerabad on Saturday while an oil tanker was torched in Mastung. Levies personnel on a tip-off recovered a dead body from Zehri area of Khuzdar, some 360 KM away from Quetta and shifted it to hospital for autopsy where he was identified as Nadeem Somalani, a tribal leader. The Levies after handing over the body to heirs started investigation into the killing. In another incident, a person wounded his wife for honour in tehsil Tumbo of Naseerabad district. Sources said Maluk, accused person, allegedly fired on his wife after suspecting her of having illicit relations with someone. Resultantly, she received serious wounds and was rushed to the hospital for treatment. The brother of Maluks wife, Naseer Ahmed, also received bullet injuries.
