Islamabad- President Mamnoon Hussain, on the advice of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, has approved the summary of conferring Tamgha-e-Husn-e-Karkardagi award on late journalist Ayesha Haroon.
The award is conferred on her in recognition of her services in the field of journalism. Ayesha Haroon died in the United States in 2013 due to cancer.
