PML-N to attend joint session of parliament in respect of Turkish PM: Pervaiz Rashid

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Saturday decided to attend the joint session of parliament convened by the President on May 21 to be addressed by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Talking to a private TV channel, PML-N spokesman Senator Pervaiz Rashid said the Turkish Prime Minister was highly respected in Pakistan and on his arrival in the parliament, PML-N would accord him a very warm welcome.
He said that PML-N has decided to attend the joint session of the parliament as it holds Mr Recep Tayyip Erdogan in high esteem.
Senator Pervaiz Rashid said that May 21 joint session would be best day as honourable guest from Turkey would address it and Mr Gilani’s position would be ignored.
