QUETTA - The Frontier Corps (FC) personnel on Saturday killed three militants in Panjgur district, a private TV channel reported.
FC spokesman Khan Wasey said miscreants opened fire at the patrolling party of FC in Tasp area of Panjgur. He said security forces quickly responded and three attackers were killed.
The attack was followed by an exchange of fire between security forces and militants. Some miscreants were injured during the exchange of fire, the spokesman added.
More personnel were called in the area to bring the situation under control. The situation was tense in the aftermath of armed clash in Tasp.
