Musharraf needs angiography, doctors advise

Karachi: A three-member team of doctors studied the medical reports of the former president and advised him to undergo an angiography soon. Special arrangements, including the setting up of a separate ward to conduct the backbones tests of the former military General (R) Pervez Musharraf, were made at the PNS Shifa Hospital in Karachi. The port city has been on high alert since the arrival of the former military ruler yesterday, with roads being cordoned off for security. Sources had said the visit of the former military ruler was on account of the security issues confronting him as well as for the continuation of his medical treatment.
