TOBA TEK SINGH - Civil Judge-cum- Judicial Magistrate Mian Muhammad Shahid acquitted Labour Party Pakistan (LPP) District Secretary Tariq Mahmood in a case registered against him under Section 16 of MPO here on Tuesday.
Advocate Najamus Saqib who appeared for the LPP leader took the plea before the honourable court that the case was registered to restrain him from raising voice against excesses with poor people of the villages.
