MALAKWAL - A proclaimed offender killed his brother who was also cop here the other night. As per detail, Waqas Butt, an employee of the Police Department son of Muhammad Azam Butt, a resident of Village Luk Tehsil Phalia, was killed by his brother, who was a proclaimed offender in Village Chot Dheran. The deceased (Waqas Butt), a Naib Qasid at DPO office Mandi Bahauddin tried to coax his proclaimed offender brother to surrender to the police. But, he killed his own brother, the sources added.
