TOBA TEK SINGH-PPP central leaders will visit different districts of Punjab including Toba Tek Singh in the first week of June, announced former prime minister Raja Pervez Ashraf.
He said that earlier his party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had visited Punjab districts and now other PPP leaders including ex-federal minister Nadeem Afzal Chan, Nadeem Ashraf Kaira and himself will visit these areas, he said while talking to newsmen at the residence of PPP leader Begum Neelum Jabbar Chaudhry.
He said PPP always foiled the conspiracies in the past to derail the democratic process and it still believed that only democracy was the right path to run the country. Former federal minister Rana Farooq Saeed and ex-MNA from Kasur Chaudhry Manzoor Ahmad were present.
They offered Fateha for Jabbar Amer Chaudhry, the late husband of Begum Neelum, and condoled with her and his brother Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi.
