LAHORE:  PPP Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has deferred his visit to the City till next month. Bilawal was due here today (Sunday). Sources in the party say the deferment of the visit has come about  in view of his personal engagements as well as to complete the homework on Punjab politics after the situation is reported to him by the newly appointed party Punjab president Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo.
