ORAKZAI AGENCY - Unidentified militants blew up a mobile tower with explosives in Orakzai Agency, while at least eight suspects were arrested in a search operation launched by security forces in the area after the incident. According to details, it was around 2:45 am Sunday night when a mobile tower of a private mobile company at Kalaya area was exploded after the explosives placed there went off with a big bang, and resultantly, the tower got destroyed completely.
Official sources said that the explosives planted by militants exploded with a remote control.
Receiving the information, the forces rushed to the blast site.
During the operation, as many as eight suspects were arrested and were shifted to unknown place for interrogation.
It is worth to mention here that violence incidents are once again increasing with each passing day, as a number of killings, kidnappings and blasts have been reported in lower tehsil of the agency.
