ISLAMABAD-The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Dr. Shireen Mazari today lashed out at former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJ) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
Dr. Shireen Mazari, in a statement, claimed that former CJ Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was in contact with the top military leadership before his sacking by former president Pervez Musharraf in 2007.

She said that the political motives of Iftikhar Chaudhry became the headlines in media. "He wanted to rig the allegations in favor of Musharraf," Mazari claimed. The PTI leader added that the role of former CJP in the 2013 elections verifies the PTI's stance towards him.
