SARGODHA-Police arrested three persons including a woman for burying a minor girl alive.

Police said that a woman reportedly residing in limits of Sargodha cantonment police station along with her two accomplices buried alive her 20-day old daughter.

The police on a tip off recovered the body of the minor girl and arrested all three culprits. The detained woman in the preliminary interrogation revealed that her in-laws and husband were not pleased over birth of baby girl which led her to commit such heinous crime. Police have registered a case against the nabbed culprits and further investigation was in progress.
