PESHAWAR - At least eight persons sustained injuries in an explosion near a hospital while several adjacent shops were also damaged due to fire on Wednesday evening in the provincial metropolis.
The blast occurred near a private hospital that also caused severe fire that within no minute caught the building and due to which, several shops were damaged as well as eight persons got injuries. There are conflicting reports as police denied that it was a bomb blast and termed it a cylinder blast that took place near a private hospital on Dora road at Sheikhabad locality.
