ISLAMABAD - Federal Government Friday transferred Syed Kaleem Imam, former Inspector General Police (IGP) Islamabad, to Intelligence Bureau (IB) through a notification issued by the Establishment Division. When The Nation contacted Syed Kaleem Imam, he confirmed the report about his transfer. However, his place for new assignment would be decided later. To a question, he said that he would hand over the charge to Wajid Durrani, newly appointed IGP Islamabad, on Monday.
