PESHAWAR : A delegation of Afghan National Army led by Corps Commander Major General Mohammad Zaman Waziri met Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Hidayat Ur Rehman on Wednesday. The delegation visited corps headquarters and called on Corps Commander Lieutenant General Hidayat-Ur-Rehman. Discussion in meeting focused on further enhance of existing border coordination mechanisms. Later on, Afghan delegation visited Miranshah North Waziristan Agency where they were briefed about successes of Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
The visiting dignitaries appreciated the Pakistan Army’s resolve and efforts against menace of terrorism.  
Delegation also laid a floral wreath at Yadgar-i-Shuhada at Coorps Headquarters in Peshawar.
