India should stop threatening Pakistan: Fazlur Rehman

Chairman of Special Committee of Parliament on Kashmir Maulana Fazlur Rehman has asked Indian leaders to stop threatening Pakistan and accept the offer of resolution of all issues peacefully.
“Pakistanis had taken care of their independence for the last 65 years and Inshallah do the same in future as well” the Chairman of Kashmir committee remarked.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman observed that he repeatedly underscored the importance of Kashmir issue and stressed for its resolution because if it was not doe all other steps for peace n the sub continent would collapse like the house of cards.  He said Pakistan and India have inked treaties in the fields of transport, communication, sports, culture, immigration and trade which could not sustain a jolt at the Line of Control and came to standstill. The swan song of the Indian leaders for friendship and “amn ki asha” also stopped.
The Chairman Kashmir Committee said India was making efforts for declaring the Pakistanis as extremists and terrorists. However we always emphasized that extremism and terrorism have no religion or country. Now the Indian Home Minister has admitted the existence of terrorist camps in India run by extremist Hindus . He said India should clean its stead as soon as possible.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Kashmir was the core issue which should be resolved at the earliest possible. Unless it is resolved, efforts to settle other issues will not fructify.
He said the Pakistanis know how to defend their homeland and the aggressor will be given a befitting response.  He said Pakistan will continue its support for the genuine struggle of the Kashmiris till the Kashmir issue is resolved. He asked the government of Pakistan not to accord the Most Favoured National (MFN) status to India unless the reservations from the quarters concerned are removed. He also called on the government to adopt a strong stance on Kashmir issue.
