Judge seeks cordial bench-bar ties

OUR STAFF REPORTER SAHIWAL - District and Sessions Judge Syed Najamul Hassan Bukhari has said that the Bench and Bar are two wheels of the judicial system and a cordial relations between the two lay the foundation for the supremacy of law which is inevitable for the existence of society. He was addressing a function held here at the Bar Room to welcome him upon his posting as District and Sessions Judge Sahiwal and bid farewell to the outgoing Additional District and Sessions Judge Sajjad Hussain Sindhar. The function was presided over by Sahiwal District Bar Association President Malik Muhammad Hussain Saghla. Speaking on the occasion, Najamul Hassan said that he would spare no effort in the dispensation of his obligations by remaining within his constitutional domain. He stressed that the cooperation of lawyers was must for the continuation of Judicial Policy and that he would accessible to everyone who is in the need of help. He paid glowing tribute to DBA Sahiwal for upholding its meritorious traditions. Earlier, addressing the function, outgoing ADJ Sajjad Hussain Sindhar said that he deemed Sahiwal as his home during his stay and was leaving the district with fond memories. He said that he humbly pray Almighty Allah that Sahiwal Bar might maintain its glorious traditions. Earlier, bar President Malik Muhammad Hussain Saghla presented welcome address. Members Bar Association Nazar Fatiana also addressed the function.
