Contempt of court plea against CM Punjab dismissed

Islamabad- Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed contempt of court petition against Chief Minister of Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif and the chief secretary Punjab being the matter sub judice  in the High Court.  
A two-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan pronounced the decision today.
Additional Advocate General (AAG) Punjab presented necessary record pertaining to promotion, inquiry and other mattes in respect of Bilal , a government employee in the court. The court was told that the petitioner has already resorted to Lahore High Court under article 199 of the constitution and the matter is sub judice. The counsel for the petitioner told the court the decision the CM Punjab has taken  comes in the ambit of the contempt of court as per Anita Turab case.
