OThe sun of 14th August, 1947 witnessed a new State carved on the globe named Pakistan that was one of the largest Islamic State of the world.  Pakistan is a land of 182.3 million diligent inhabitants, colored in diversified cultures yet united in the string of nationality and proud of being the only Islamic Atomic Power State of the world.  Allah Almighty has bestowed Pakistan in form of human and natural resources. The Government of Pakistan has tried to utilize this treasure by expanding the frontiers of economy beyond the geographical borders through manpower export.  The establishment of Ministry of Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis, and Overseas Pakistanis Foundation are the solid proofs of governmental efforts for manpower development and facilitation.   
Pakistani manpower has earned name and fame not only for itself but also for its country.  Before the venture across the seas, this ingenious manpower proved itself worthy and capable of doing anything under the Sun.  Mangla and Tarbela Dams, ordnance factories, nuclear program, Pakistan Steel Mills, Motor Ways, Metro Mass Transit Project which was completed in record time and the world's best irrigation system are just a few examples that contribute to a long list of journey to victories, and prove that Pakistani manpower and labour leave no stone unturned to accomplish the task set before them.
