DASKA - A period of four days has passed but the Daska Saddar police have not yet arrested an influential person allegedly involved in the rape of a minor Christian girl of village Malleyki-Daska. According the victim’s brother Shehbaz Maseeh, the incident occurred on  April 20,2014 while the police registered the case after the two days of the incident on April 22,2014.  The FIR revealed that accused Fakhar Alam alias Phool raped Saira, 7, after taking her to his home. Some people gathered there after listening to the hue and cry of the minor girl but the accused managed to escape.
 while threatening the grieved family with dire consequences.
Victim’s medical examination has already confirmed rape with her. Her condition was still stated to be critical at Daska Civil Hospital.
Talking to the newsmen, the grieved family urged Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to provide them with. When contacted, Sialkot DPO Muhammad Gohar Nafees said that justice would be provided with the family.
