VEHARI - Electioneering for the by-election in N-168 is in full swing in Luddon area.
There are 8 candidates for the election among the PML N and PPP candidates who have strong position in the area. Natasha Daultana who is sister of late Azeem Khan Daultana, the former federal information secretary and secretary defence. The Bilal Akber Bhatti is the candidate from the PML N.
As many as 641 polling stations have been set up in the area. Polling will be held on February 25. the Vehari DCO has imposed the section 144 during the election. Only funereal prayer and religious programmes are allowed till elections. The assembly of more than five persons will be considered unlawful.
