200 Hindus to visit Katas Raj on 25th

CHAKWAL - Two hundred Hindus pilgrims will visit holy place of Katas Raj on 25th February.
The district administration has made elaborate arrangement for this occasion. Bazm Adbyat Pakistan with the help of district government Chakwal is arranging Pak-o-Hind Mushaira on 26th February. On the supervision of DCO Chakwal Yawar Hussain, a committee headed by AC Choa Saiden Shah Musawar Niazi, Khawaja Babar Saleem, Muhammad Khan Aqil and Khawaja Daniyal Saleem has started arrangements. The pilgrims will stay at Katas Raj for 4 days and make religious ceremonies of their holy festival Shiv Ratary.
TWO DRUG PEDDLERS: Police nabbed two drug peddlers near village Balkassar and recovered more than 18-kilogram Charas from them on Sunday.
On a tip-off, SHO Naseer Shah checked a Suzuki car and recovered 18-kilogram good quality of Charas from it. Two accused Shah Mumtaz, resident of Mardan, and Faiz Ahmad, resident of Bahawal Nagar, were also arrested. The Charas was also attached with the oil tank of the car. The Charas was being smuggled from KPK to Lahore. The car was also taken into police custody and its chassis number was also found tempered. Police registered a case against the accused and started investigation.
