Thirteen children were injured when fire broke out in a private school located in Nothia area of Peshawar Thursday morning.
According to sources, fire started to engulf the classrooms of a private school due to short circuit that occurred in a mobile tower fixed within the school boundary. As a result of blaze, thirteen children received burn injuries who were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital for treatment.
Fire brigades and rescue teams reached the site soon after getting the news and brought the fire under control.
