KARACHI-Following the directives of Jamaat-e-Islami Chief Pakistan Siraj-ul-Haq, the JI Karachi Chapter has decided to observe "Youm-e-Azm" (Day of determination) countrywide on Friday .
The said decision was taken in a meeting of the Jamaat-e-Islami office bearers, chaired by JI Karachi Chief Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman at Idara-e-Noor Haq here on Wednesday. JI General Secretary, naib ameers, deputy secretaries and others attended the meeting.
According to the details, protest demonstrations against the Israeli violence in Gaza would be staged outside 500 mosques across the country on Friday.
In addition, a photo exhibition in connection with the Israeli bombardment on the innocent people of Palestine would also be held at Idara-e-Noor Haq on Friday between 3pm to 6pm, which would be inaugurated by former JI Chief Syed Munawar Hasan.
It may be mentioned here that the Jamaat-e-Islami would also collect funds after Eid prayers outside the mosques
