MIRPUR (AJK) - Launching a scathing diatribe against PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif for allegedly raising hollow slogans to AJK people during ongoing election campaign for his party candidates, AJK Prime minister Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan has said that those talking of the construction of motorways network in AJK should first move for making straightening the path leading to the house of Raja Zaffarul Haq in Kahota town of Rawalpindi. He was addressing a mammoth elections rally at the Mirpur Cricket Stadium here the other night held in connection with the electioneering for his Muslim Conferences candidate Chaudhry Muhammad Ashraf in Mirpur city (LA-3) constituency for scheduled June 26 AJK Legislative Assembly elections. Ch Ashraf, the host of the congregation and the MCs candidate in the polls as well as several other local elders of the party also addressed the rally reiterating full resolve to resort to convincing defeat to the rival candidates. The public rally attended by thousands of people including men, women and elderly people from all across the city was echoed with slogans of Pakistan Zindabad, Pakistan Sey Rishta Kia - La - e - La Ha Illal Lah, Kashmir Baney Ga Pakistan and Pakistan Army - Zindabad. The AJK PM maintained that Pakistani politicians including the former Prime Minister has started turning AJK territory the centre of political race and tension. Criticizing for AJK PM Barrister Sultan Mahmood, the close rival candidate of MCs Chaudhry Ashraf in Mirpur city constituency, Attique said that agreement on Mangla raising project was reached during Barrister Sultans era.
