WANA: At least three security personnel were killed when militants attacked a check post in Lada area today.

According to media reports, over a dozen militants attacked a security check post, as a result three security personnel were killed in exchange of fire. The exchange of fire lasted for hours. The militants escaped the scene after the attack.

The security personnel killed include Jaffar Hussain, Muhammad Ali and Arsalan Khan. Security forces have launched search operation in the area. The dead bodies were shifted to Peshawar which will be now sent to their ancestral villages.
