NEW DELHI  - Foreign Minister Hina Rabani Khar has invited Hurriyat Conference (M) Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and other executive members of the amalgam to visit Pakistan.
The invite was extended to Mirwaiz by the Pakistan High Commissioner, Shahid Malik, in New Delhi on Thursday last after the former along with other two senior leaders of the conglomerate, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Sufvi and Shabir Ahmad Shah, called on the latter to discuss important issues. The invite was accepted by the Hurriyat (M) chairman. Pertinently, Mirwaiz along with Agha Syed Hassan and Shabir Shah is currently in New Delhi on diplomatic mission. The date for Hurriyat leaders’ proposed visit to Pakistan will be determined through mutual consultation between government of Pakistan and Hurriyat (M) leadership.
