RAHIM YAR KHAN - More than 100 students and teachers fell unconscious due to gas leakage from a broken gas pipeline here in a Girls School on Thursday.
The incident occurred in the area of Kot Samaba when repair works was being carried out in nearby school building. Due to repair work a gas pipeline broke as a result the classrooms were filled with gas and 100 students and teachers who were present in school fainted. On receiving information, the police reached the spot and shifted the unconscious students and teachers to Sheikh Zahid Hospital for medical aid.Later on, the police registered a case and started thorough investigation.
