Curfew lifted in parts of Swat

SWAT - The local administration of Swat has lifted curfew from several parts of Mingora city as security forces and police completed search and clear operation in the area.
After getting information by intelligence agencies that some suspected militants entered the Swat valley, security forces and police jointly launched search operation and imposed curfew in Usmanabad, Tahirabad, Yakh Kovey and other areas of valley.
Police sources said that security forces also arrested five suspected militants identified as Khurshid, Essa Khan, Hamidullah, Sardar Ali and Pervez during the operation. Besides this, they said that arms and ammunitions, including six AK-47 rifles, 270 pistols and 20,000 bullets have also been recovered from their possession. A few days back police had also arrested three terrorists from the city.
