Bilawal asks PM to admit failure in appointing FM

ISLAMABAD, May 08 (NNI): Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Wednesday asked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to admit that he failed to appoint an actual foreign minister.

“Given disastrous state of r (our) foreign policy can the PM just admit he can’t handle the portfolio & appoint an actual foreign minister?”, he wrote on his official Twitter account.

His statement comes in the backdrop of US drone strike in Balochistan that killed Afghan Taliban leader Mullah Akhtar Mansour.

Pakistan doesn’t have a permanent foreign minister ever since Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) comes into power. The task is performed by Sartaj Aziz, who is advisor to the prime minister on foreign affairs. The PM is also assisted by Tariq Fatemi.
