QUETTA - The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Wednesday disposed of a petition over disappearance of two people as they reached their home in Gwadar.
Walid and Nabel went missing from Gwadar and a petition was filed in the BHC over their disappearance, making party the federal home secretary and other authorities.
A BHC division bench under Chief Justice Qazi Faez Esa heard the petition. Gwadar Station House Office (SHO) submitted to the court a report, saying that Walid and Nabel had reached their homes.
The statements of two were also associated with report wherein it was stated that they were safe at their homes.
The court disposed of the petition after the counsel for applicant appealed to the court to dispose of the application.
