HYDERABAD- Sindh Minister for Jails Manzoor Wassan today said that the political differences between the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) will be resolved within few days.
Wassan, speaking to journalists in Hyderabad, called the MQM’s slogan of Muhajirs as “old wine in a new bottle”. “The MQM chief Altaf Hussain says that Sindh was his mother and would not allow the province to be divided. What happened now that he is giving such statements,” asked Wassan. He called the MQM people as his brothers whose anger has prolonged but the matter will be solved within 15 to 20 days.
Earlier, he inspected the passing out parade at Hyderabad’s Nara Jail, where he said that the real facts of tunnel incident at Karachi’s central Jail can only be highlighted after the investigation is complete.
