Beijing- Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif held important meetings with senior Chinese leadership in Beijing today and discussed matters of bilateral interest.

State leader, Chairman Peoples Conference Yu Zhengsheng, during his meeting with COAS said that Pakistan has always stood by China. He said Pakistan is our most reliable friend, the government and people of China help and stand by Pakistan it in all respects.

Chinese Foreign Minister during his meeting with COAS said, that Pakistan is China's irreplaceable all weather friend and both countries are part of community of shared destiny.

In his meeting with COAS, Member Politburo Mr Meng said Pakistan and China have consistent policy beyond individuals. He said Pakistan's concern is China's concern.

Thanking Chinese leaders for support General Raheel Sharif said, world must understand evolving environment. He said greater international focus and coordination needed to logically conclude fight against terrorism.
