ARIFWALA A Qul for Mother of Democracy and former PPP co-chairperson was held here on Tuesday. As per detail, PPP local leader Muzaffar Noor Sukhara organised Quran Khawani for the departed soul of Nusrat Bhutto at his residence. Addressing the ceremony after Quran Khawani, PPP local leader said that the life of Nusrat Bhutto was an example of sacrifices and struggle for democracy. He also lauded her role in uniting all political forces against Zias dictatorship in form of MRD. The PPP local workers and office-bearers attended the Qul.
