APML grills Nawaz over pro-India policies

ISLAMABAD - All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Secretary General, Dr Muhammad Amjad has said whenever Nawaz Sharif lands in hot waters, some national tragedy or terrorist act brings about a change in the situation.

Dr Amjad grilled Nawaz Sharif for his pro-India policies and alleged that in return on many occasions the Indian moves seemed to dilute situations for him, be it in shape of unprovoked firing at Line of Control or some other act to divert the public attention from the real issues facing Sharifs.

The APML secretary general said, “Whenever there is tough time for Nawaz Sharif, a national tragedy provides him with an opportunity to divert the situation and that is a big question mark.”

Dr Amjad condemned terrorist attack on Quetta Police Training centre and expressed a deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives.

Referring to the deep-rooted business interests of Sharifs in India, he said Premier Sharif was neither taking openly against the Indo-Afghanistan nexus while he (Nawaz) had never uttered a word against the Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav on any international forum who had confessed that he had planned and executed a series of terrorist activities in Pakistan. Actually Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was protecting his business interests in India.

In a statement issued to media, he said that Chief Minister Balochistan, Nawab Sanaullah Zehri said that the terrorist attack was being controlled from Afghanistan. Kulbhushan Yadav is a living testimony of India’s involvement in Afghanistan and the enemy country’s exaggerated number of consulate indicates toward the alarming situation.

India is pressurizing Pakistan from both sides of the border. At eastern border there are ceasefire violations resulting in civilian casualties while Indian funded NDS is creating problems on the western border.
