President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday felicitated all the winners who won the bye-elections of national and provincial assemblies, terming it a victory of democracy. President Zardari in a message hoped that the new members of the parliament would put in efforts for the uplift of common man. He said the bye-elections proved that the people had confidence in the democratic process. He hoped that the democratic institutions would gain strength in the country.
