He said that India was an enemy of Pakistan and it had never accepted the creation of Pakistan. India is busy constructing 62 dams on Pakistani rivers flowing from Kashmir. India has left no stone unturned to make Pakistan a desert, he maintained. He lauded Dr Abdul Qadir Khan for his tremendous efforts to make this country an atomic power. He said India and US were busy hatching conspiracies and wanted to deprive Pakistan of its nuclear power. I suggested many times that we should use our nuclear weapons to destroy the dams being constructed by the India on various rivers. We will have to make a strategy to confront India, which wants us to die of hunger and thirst. We have an agriculture-based economy and could not afford the blockade of water, he added. He said that the US made the atomic bombs and used them against Japan. Though thousands of Japanese died in those drastic attacks, they have been living a peaceful and prosperous life onward, he maintained. He demanded of the Government to hit the dams being built by India on Pakistani rivers. He congratulated NPT Rawalpindi President, Professor Naeem Qasim for organising the Summer Session that provided awareness to the young generation. It is wrong to declare Quaid-i-Azam as a secular-minded person as some people do claim in this country. Quaid-i-Azam has stated that he wanted to make Pakistan a laboratory of Islam.
