UNITED NATIONS - UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon believes in the process of dialogue to resolve outstanding issues, his spokesman said Tuesday when asked about the resumption of talks between Pakistan and India. Well, I think simply dialogue is vital in all circumstances, and I think the same applies here, Spokesman Martin Nesirky said while responding to a question about the talks between Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar and her Indian counterpart SM Krishna that are set to hold talk in New Delhi today (Wednesday). Ms Khar has reached New Delhi.
