Three persons including a woman and a two and half-year-old girl were killed in different incidents here on Saturday.
According to details, in Toba Tek Singh a farmer was murdered village Chak 194/GB Rajana area over a property dispute the other night.
According to the Rajana Police, two brothers Atif Sardar and Arif Sardar along with their two accomplices Abdul Hameed and Bashir Ahmad attacked Ahmad Ali and shot him dead. The police have registered a case against the accused.
Meanwhile, the dead body of an unidentified young woman was recovered from Gogera Branch Canal near Moongi Bunglow in Gojra Tehsil. The villagers spotted the body and informed the Moongi Policepost. The police shifted body to Gojra THQ Hospital for autopsy. According to the police, the body appeared to be of 28-year-old woman was naked and beyond recognition.
Similarly in Mandi Bahauddin, a man identified as Hanifur Rehman, a resident of suburban Noorpur Gujran locality, murdered his two and half-year-old daughter by cutting her throat. Reportedly, he and his wife are mentally retarded. A few days ago he threw his six-year-old daughter into River Jhelum.
Meanwhile, in Sargodha a handicapped accused languishing jail in a murder case breathed his last in the District Jail. The District and Sessions Judge Sargodha ordered a judicial inquiry into the death. As per details, the prisoner identified as Mohammad Riaz son of Haji Mohammad Sharif, a resident of village 82/NB died due to sudden illness.
 He was handicapped by one leg.
