ISLAMABAD- PTI chief Imran khan today condemned Charlie Hebdo, blaming the Muslim world for cartoon publications.
“We couldn’t even tell France not to insult the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in the name of freedom of speech,” Khan regretted while addressing the Ulema Mashaiq Conference in Islamabad.
Khan said that he witnessed people doing politics in the name of religion. “The conditions for Pakistan and Muslims have worsened because of their own actions,” Khan added.
“We should have stood against oppression and injustice a long time ago,” he clarified.
He repeated his stance on rigging, calling general polls of 2013 the most rigged elections in the history of Pakistan.
