RAWALPINDI- Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has summoned prosecutor’s five witnesses to record their statements in Benazir Bhutto assassination case on July 5.
On Saturday, the court issued summons to the witnesses including Masood Janjua, Chaudhry Taufeeq, Dr. Amjad Shah, Dr. Ashraf and Usman.
Special prosecutor FIA Chaudhry Azhar; the counsel of former President Pervez Musharraf, Advocate Javed Safdar, ex CPO Rawalpindi Saud Aziz, ex SP Rawal Town Shahzad also appeared before the court.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing till July 5 as the Special ATC Judge Ismail Joya has gone for vacations.
