ISLAMABAD (Online) Truly implementing on the Federal Government formula to save energy, Supreme Court executed it in true letter and spirit by closing all air conditioners during peak hours. The air conditioners plants installed in the building has been closed while low scale officials are staff have been deprived of the luxurious facility to save power. On the other hand, certain rooms of the Supreme Court like library, PRO, registrar office etc are even deprive of fans and all ACs will remain close till 1:00pm to save energy. The implementation on national energy conservation strategy has been started. The government would save 500-megawatt electricity through national energy conservation strategy.
