Karachi: Sindh Information Minister and PPP leader Sharjeel Memon dismissed media reports that a raid had taken place at his residence today.

The minister categorically denied that any raid at his residence had taken place.

Speaking to a private news channel, Memon said he would take action against the TV channel which aired the story without verifying it. “We have tried to remain friendly with the media but I will take action against the media house which aired this story without verifying it.”

“It is not correct to run such baseless stories on personal agendas,” Memon said.
