KARACHI: Justice Arshid Hussain of Sindh High Court (SHC) has refused to hear bail plea of Dr. Asim Hussain, Anis Qaim Khawani, Rauf Siddiqui and Qadir Patel in terrorist’s abetment case.

Bail petitions of DrAsim Hussain former petroleum minister, Qadir Patel, Anis Qaim Khawani and Rauf Siddiqui came up for hearing before two members bench of SHC.

Justice Arshid Hussain member of this bench refused to hear the petitions on personal grounds.

Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar head of this bench referred the matter to Chief Justice SHC , He observed that the matter was being sent to chief justice for constitution of special bench to hear bail petition.

The court has adjourned the hearing of the case till October 10.

It is pertinent to mention here that Justice Abdul Rasool Memon of SHC had refused to hear bail petitions of Anis Qaim Khawani and Rauf Siddiqui on previous hearing.
