ISLAMABAD- The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) sent a summary to the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural resources on Thursday, seeking a reduction in petroleum prices.
According to the summary, a decrease of Rs 3 per litre for petrol and Rs 5.27 for diesel had been recommended.
It is speculated, if the summary was implemented, the new per litre price of petrol from February 1 would be Rs 109.72.
It has also been recommended that kerosene oil prices should be reduced by Rs 4.50 and light diesel prices for Rs 4.28.
