Sending troops to Yemen not easy

MANDI BAHAUDDIN
Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Ameer Sirajul Haq has emphasised that Muslims all over the world are equally responsible to defend and protect Haramain Sharifain.
Addressing Khushhaal Pakistan Rally arranged by JI workers here, the JI chief declared that sending troops to Yemen in support of Saudi Arabia was not an easy job, urging both the Pakistani and Turkish governments to mediate to reduce tensions between Iran and Saudi Arabia. He said that any conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia would benefit United States and Israel and the Muslim would be at losing end. He regretted that taping phone calls of politicians was an illegal and immoral activity on the part of rulers therefore it must be stopped.
About local government elections in KPK, the Jamaat chief said that LG elections in KP province would be held on May 30, on party basis. About Karachi situation, Sirajul Haq said that MQM should hand over their militant group to the law enforcement agencies for the sake of restoring peace in the commercial hub of the country.
He narrated that it was Jamaat-e-Islami’s keen desire to make Karachi and rest of the country peaceful as it was prerequisite for making Pakistan prosperous and a stable state.
Earlier, JI local leader Muhammad Riaz Farooq Sahi said Sirajul Haq was very kind to visit Mandi Bahauddin twice in this month. This was his love for JI workers of this district. He said that the dream of prosperous Pakistan would only be fulfilled when Pakistanis would struggle for it as a united force and as one body.
