People take part in the "5K Heroes with True Battles" in support of children with cancer, in Managua. People of all ages wearing super heroes costumes or sports suits gathered for the "5K Heroes with True Battles" walk to support the Department of Hemato-Oncology of the Manuel de Jesus Rivera Children's Hospital "La Mascota" for children with cancer.
