Pakistan has handed over a list of Indian prisoners to the Indian High Commission here on Thursday.
According to the Agreement on Consular Access signed between Pakistan and India on 21 May 2008, both counties are required to exchange lists of prisoners in each other's custody on 1 January and 1 July every year.
Consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs handed over the list of Indian prisoners in Pakistan to the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, says a statement issued by the Foreign office.
