KARACHI  - Federal Finance Minister Syed Naveed Qamar on Saturday said the National Finance Commission (NFC) has been constituted which will soon start its work on NFC Award. Addressing the business community, at a reception hosted for him by the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) at a hotel, the Minister said the summary for this commission had been sent to the Prime Minister for his approval. After that President Musharraf would sign a notification for this purpose. He said the NFC Award would be formulated to the satisfaction of the four provinces; keeping in view the popular opinion of the people from these federating units.
