MUMBAI (Agencies) Singer Adnan Sami will move the Bombay High Court on Wednesday (tomorrow) to seek clarification on its order granting his estranged wife, Sabah Galadari, permission to stay at the singers house in suburban Oshiwara. Both Adnan and Sabah are locked in a divorce case in a family court, according to PTI. Sabah had on Sunday tried to enter one of their flats at Oberoi Sky Gardens in Lokhandwala but was barred by Adnan, who cited an order passed by the Enforcement Directorate confiscating the singers properties. The court had passed an order confiscating Adnans properties on the grounds that the singer, being a Pakistani national, cannot purchase or transfer properties in India under the FEMA regulations without permission of the Reserve Bank of India.
